I like the video. I think it gives a good brief overview of the importance of assessing risk in the lab. I do think it needs to stress severity of consequence more like others have stated. I would also mention that risk assessments should be performed
whenever someone sets foot in the lab, whether they are performing an experiment or not, and does not always involve a specific form. Sometimes a risk assessment in the lab really is as simple as crossing the street.
