I have known some folks who used the Radiation Safety Academy that was bought out by Dade Moeller and were happy with that.
The other one in my files is Radiation Safety Associates:

Subject: EXTERNAL: [DCHAS-L] Radiation Safety Officer Training
Would anyone recommend a company or educ. institution that is offering a short course (like one week) toward becoming a radiation safety officer. This is for a faculty member who is already knowledgeable but is looking at the safety aspects needed to facilitate a program within our department. The potential exposure involves analytical instrumentation only.
