Subject: Re: MDL of Lead Acetate Paper
Hi everyone, Another search for an answer. Does anyone know the MDL for Lead Acetate paper detecting hydrogen sulfide? More importantly, is that number less then 0.88ppm? I'm trying to streamline a test with a pre-analysis prior to analysis. Our MDL is 0.88ppm, so if the paper will react to lower concentrations then I can say negative paper is below detectable limits saving me from a very annoying test. Will need a legal and scientifically accepted reference to ammend to our SOP. As always thank you to everyone for making my stressful job easier. On a side note, those nasty samples have been repackaged to be shipped back to the origin. I'm very happy to have them far away from me. I will be forever greatful for the support that everyone provided during the investigation. I can not thank everyone individually, there was just to many helpful people. -Andrew
