Subject: Gas Cylinder Storage

On this line, are there any specific regs about lecture bottles being stored upright?  I've got a researcher that stores trace VOC gas in nitrogen lectures bottles horizontal in a cabinet.  Seems to me like all the concerns being vetted would apply, just on a smaller scale.   Any help on this out there?
